Add Sub Departments

You can add sub departments to existing departments in the client configuration.
  1. Navigate to the Clients page on the Configuration view.
  2. Click the link in the NAME column for the client whose information you want to modify.
    The Client Info page appears.
  3. Select Settings > Departments on the left navigation menu.
  4. Select the Departments tab.
  5. Locate and click on the department name to access its page.
  6. In the Sub Departments section, select to access the Add Sub Department dialog.
  7. Enter the Department Name.
  8. Select the Active check box to set the department in the active state.
  9. Enter the Department Number.
  10. Enter Auxiliary information.
  11. Click .
