SSO Settings

A client organization's single sign on (SSO) settings are used for client's that choose to use SSO only to access the VMS (desktop or mobile). These settings can also be used if the client organization's users (client managers and workers) are set up for both standard login and SSO (Configuration > User tab > <user> > Configuration section > Access Type).

It is important to note that SSO integration requires that a user's profile has a configured external identifier (External ID field).

SSO can only be enabled at the client organizational level. The page displays 'ACTIVE' or 'NOT ACTIVE' as a status of the integration.

Customized logout navigation can be configured on this page. See the 'SSO Logout URL' settings.
