Approval Settings
These settings are available on the Approvers tab.

| Staffing Worker Length of Stay | The approved number of days the staffing worker is expected to
serve on the job. Note: If the number of days between the start date
and estimated end date for a worker were to exceed the Length of
Stay configured here, a warning flag indicating the mismatch is
shown on the Request and Revision approval.

| Total Bill Amount Threshold | The threshold value to set a warning flag during time and expense
billing approvals, when the total bill amounts were to exceed the
set threshold. The application compares the submitted bill amount
with historical data for similar billing types and set a flag when
the differential exceeds the set threshold. An email notification is
also sent to the manager when the amount exceeds the
threshold. Note: This threshold check is not performed for
Adjustment billing. |
| Over Time Threshold Percentage in Billing | The threshold value when exceeded to notify the manager during billing approvals, that the overtime (OT) billing exceeds the allowed value. |
