Market Rate Settings

These settings define how the rate data is displayed in the Market Bill Rate section (Market Rate Module or Pay Intel integration) when creating/editing a request. Market data is only applicable to staffing and payroll requests.
Setting Description
Market Rate Display drop down Select how to display market rate data in the VMS and mobile applications. You can choose from the following:
  • Display Client Bill Rate - If you select this option, configure the fields in this table. If the pay rate is not defined on the request, then the MRM section displays the pay rate as the average market rate.
  • Do not display market rate - no data displays.
  • Display Client Pay Rate - If you select this option, configure the following fields.
  • Display Pay Intel Market Bill Rate - If you select this option, configure the settings in the following table.
Market Rate Percentage Enter the market rate percentage to calculate the configured percentage based on the low/high rates defined for the job title.

The system determines this value using:

Market Rate Percentage Text Enter the informational text to display as a label for the Market Rate Percentage text box in the Manager view.
Display Competition Rate Enable this option to allow all suppliers to see the competition rate.

Pay Intel Market Data Settings

Setting Description
Pay Intel Client ID Required for the integration.

This is the client identifier from the Pay Intel application.

Show Pay Intel Hiring Difficulty in Requests Select the check box to display the hiring difficulty in the request workflow. If you select this option, configure the locations to calibrate the hiring difficulty.
Locations You must configure a minimum of three client locations when enabling Hiring Difficulty. Select from the following:
  • Country - Use the drop down to sect from a configured client country location. Countries are configured at the client organizational level (Configuration > Client Info > Countries). See Client Locations.
  • State/Province - Using the drop down, select a state or province that corresponds to the country that you selected.
  • City - Using the drop down, select a city that corresponds to the state or province that you selected.
    Note: This drop down might be empty if no cities are configured for the client location.
