The user that receives these emails is specified in the Time & Expense Approver on the engagement.

Enable Missing Timecard Notification to Supplier Enable this setting to notify suppliers via email when no time card items are submitted for a worker in a work period. This functionality only applies to Staffing request types. The script runs with the following logic:
  • For Hourly and Daily billing, the script looks for the latest time cards that do not have billing items submitted as of the work period end date plus 1 day.
  • For Weekly and Monthly billing, the script looks for the latest timecards that do not have billing items submitted as of the first day of the next work period (week or month).

In addition to enabling the script, you must also configure a default notification email alias for the supplier. For more information about this field, see Define a Supplier Agreement.

Show customized Help pages to Managers Enable this option to redirect the client user to a customized Help information page.
Note: You must contact your program representative in order to configure this option.
