Contacts tab
The Contacts tab on the engagement displays all users that have access to the engagement information, or have responsibility for some aspect of the engagement, for example, a user participating in redlining. Contacts can be the MSP, the manager, or the supplier. You can also add many users of different types with different permissions tied to their role.
Contacts receive email notifications when activity occurs on the engagement, and can also be receivers of any notes added to the engagement.
You can modify a user's permissions at any time by clicking the pencil icon. You can also
remove contacts from the engagement by clicking the trash icon.
Note:
You cannot remove
primary contacts (manager, MSP).
Note:
You cannot modify a primary manager
contact's permissions.
Add Contacts
Contacts can be added to an engagement on the Contacts tab if
status=MSP Review. To add a contact:- Navigate to the engagement. You can use the Search bar or filters to locate the desired engagement.
- Click the Contacts tab.
- On the Add Contact popup, from the User Type drop down, select the user type to add.
- From the Permissions drop down, select the
permission.Note:You can add more than one permission for a user.
- In the First and Last Name field, enter the user's name. The application suggests names from the respective organizations on the engagement, for example, supplier users from the supplier organization (Supplier field).
- Click Save.
Contact Permissions
Users added on the contact tab can be assigned specific permissions that allow them to interact with requisition processes.
