Modify the Approval Configuration

The approval configuration determines client level approval thresholds. This configuration is different from the approval workflow configuration. For more information about specific approval routing for a client organization, see Approval Routing Configuration.
  1. Navigate to the Clients page on the Configuration view.
  2. Click the link in the NAME column for the client whose information you want to modify.
    The Client Info page appears.
  3. Select Settings > Configuration on the left navigation menu.
  4. Select the Approvals tab to open the Approvals page.
  5. Select .
  6. Make modifications to the existing configuration.
  7. Select .
