Modify the Rate List Configuration

This configuration applies to RightSourcing standard rates. The list provides most frequently used configuration based on Time Entry Interface (TEI/Timecard view) selection and activation. If you must enable this or modify these in the application, it is recommend the you work with the Billing Department to finalize the Rate Listing configuration.

For Multi Rate 2 (MR2) TEI, the application uses standard rates and standard calculations for settings Regular, OT, and DT. You must not add multi rates for these standard settings. You can however add multi rates for settings such as On Call, Call Back, and Holiday.

For Multi Rate 3 (MR3) TEI, you must add multi rates for all settings including but not limited to Regular, OT, and DT.

The list of available default settings:
  • Call Back
  • Holiday
  • On Call
  • Overtime
  • Regular
  • 24 Hr Call Daily
  • Holiday Call Back Hourly
  1. Navigate to the Clients page on the Configuration view.
  2. Click the link in the NAME column for the client whose information you want to modify.
    The Client Info page appears.
  3. Select Billing > Billing/Invoicing on the left navigation menu.
  4. In the Rate List section, select .
    The section appears in the edit mode.
  5. Make modifications to the existing configuration.
