Time Cards
The application uses time card entries to create billing items that you then process and send to a client or a supplier. The configuration for worker time cards requires you to defined the work period that the engagement uses, that is, the schedule that the time card template uses for time entry. The schedule is a combination of, for example, Monday to Sunday, 8am to 5pm, and a defined calendar month, for example, February. The time card uses this time period to validate the worker's entries.

The application can be configured to not only accept time card entries, but to accept entries from external systems. This process involves defining the input source, and then linking the two systems. For more information about integrations, contact your Program Representative.
