Date Loader Input File Requirements

This table describes the header row for each type of input file. The application only accepts files in .csv format.


Calendar File Type	Header	Description
Work Period	Description (enter free text)	Enter the description of the calendar row. This can be different from the name of the calendar.
	Start Date	Input format is MM/DD/YYYY
	End Date	Input format is MM/DD/YYYY
	Month	input format is 1-12. Enter the number that corresponds to the calendar month, for example,'1' for January.
	Year	Input format is YYYY.
	Expected Work Days	Enter the number of days expected for the work period.
Billing Period	Description (enter free text)	Enter the description of the calendar row. This can be different from the name of the calendar.
	Start Date (MM/DD/YYYY)	Input format is MM/DD/YYYY
	End Date (MM/DD/YYYY)	Input format is MM/DD/YYYY
	Month (1-12)	input format is 1-12. Enter the number that corresponds to the calendar month, for example,'1' for January.
	Year (YYYY)	Input format is YYYY.
Fiscal	Description (enter free text)	Enter the description of the calendar row. This can be different from the name of the calendar.
