Additional Information

These fields appear in Create Request: Project > Additional Information . The SOW document is created from request details using a document template, or by using the redlining workflow. See Configure an SOW Document Template.
Note:
This section only appears if you have enabled SOW documents for the client organization. For more information about using SOW documents in project requests, see Statement Of Work Document for a Project Request.

Field Description
Create Scope of Work Contract? Enables the generation of the SOW document for the request/engagement form a template. See Statement of Work.
Template Displays the default template. You can select from configured documents assigned to the operational unit.
Agreement # In the text field, enter the agreement number for the document.
eSign SOW Contract Select the check box to route the SOW contract to the email address specified for the client signatory and the supplier signatory.
Note:
You must enable the eSign functionality at both the client organization level, and the client country level.
Client Signatory Name In the text field, enter the first and last name of the client that signs the document.
Client Signatory Title In the text field, enter the title of the client that signs the document.
Client Signatory Email In the text field, enter the email address of the client that signs the document.
Client Signatory Address 1 In the text field, enter the address of the client that signs the document.
Country Using the drop down, select the country of the client that signs the document.
Zip/Postal Code In the text field, enter the zip code of the client that signs the document.
Client Signatory Address 2 In the text field, enter additional address information of the client that signs the document.
City In the text field, enter the city of the client that signs the document.
State Using the drop down, select the state of the client that signs the document.
Bidding Event You can set up a schedule for bids for your project. This creates a window for suppliers/vendors to add bids/candidates for the project.

Set the following fields:
  • Quote Due Date - The date the quotes need to be submitted.
  • Create Bidding Event - Creates a window start and end date.
  • Event Start - The even start date and time.
  • Event End - The event end date and time.
  • Display Competitor Quotes - Displays competing quote amounts to suppliers added to the project request.
Contact Information All contacts for the requisition. These contact names are used for email alerts and notifications. These contacts are also used for redlining. See Redline a Document in the VMS.

The top section are client managers. You can add multiple managers as needed.

MSPs can be added using the name and email address. Name is a required field. MSP contacts can be added to the request when Status=MSP Review. To add contacts, click . You can additional add contacts on Request > Contacts. See Contacts tab.

MSP Contacts for Note Alerts are additional MSP contacts that are notified due to note activity.
